Replacing Filters or Installing a Unit Yourself
Reverse osmosis systems require a minimum of 12 hours to pressurise. It is vital that you regularly check all connections are watertight 24 hours after you have replaced the cartridges.

Any fault must be reported to us immediately and the system isolated from the water supply. Our technicians are not available to assist you with any repairs if you have serviced the unit yourself. 

We cannot take responsibility for any breakdowns where a water filter system has not been serviced by our qualified professional plumbers
