Returns & Refunds
We like to make things easy at Aqua Filter Warehouse so we’ve a very easy returns system.
If your product is faulty and a replacement system contains the same fault, we will refund the sale. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCT WHICH WE HAVE INSTALLED OR DISPATCHED AND SUBSEQUENTLY WHERE OUR TECHNICIAN HAS VISITED THE PREMISES or WHERE OUR IN HOUSE ENGINEERS HAVE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE SYSTEM OR PRODUCT TO BE IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. WE ALSO CANNOT REFUND FOR PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED & THE CUSTOMER DECIDES “IT’S ACTUALLY NOT FOR US” All of our products clearly state how they operate and what their purpose is etc. If your product is faulty, we will resolve the issue for you, absolutely.
If you wish to return your DIY/Self Install item simply send us a message, please include your order number from the ‘invoice sheet’ in the box.
Please package up the item in its original packaging and have it ready for our collection team to retrieve.
We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item from you at your specified location (home or office), collections are between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that colour of our plastic mouldings may vary and we cannot guarantee a particular colour of plastic with any order.
Branding may also vary with all of our products but the filtration media will always be NSF certified.
Returns after 30 days.
Your warranty covers your return costs if there is a defect with your product.
At this time we don’t offer free returns where the item is not defective
