A tankless reverse osmosis system for the kitchen tap. An 800 GPD membrane and a built in pump make purified water at tap speed, with no storage tank taking up the cupboard. Reduces PFAS, chlorine, heavy metals and the dissolved minerals that cause scale. Buy it supply only and fit it yourself, or have us install it with a mineral filter included.

Choose your option

  • Supply only, €499. The complete system delivered to your door with the tap, fittings, tubing and leak sensor. For a confident DIY installer or your own plumber. No mineral filter with this option. Ships across Europe
  • Supplied and installed, €649. We fit it, connect the mains and drain, fit the tap, set the pressure and commission it, and add an inline mineral filter that puts calcium and magnesium back into the water. Typically 60 to 90 minutes. Ireland only

Key features

  • Tank free direct flow. Water is purified the moment you open the tap, so nothing sits in storage
  • 2 litres a minute, comparable to a normal kitchen tap
  • Four stage filtration in two cartridges: sediment and carbon prefiltration, the 800 GPD membrane, then a carbon polish. The installed option adds the mineral filter as a further stage
  • Built in booster pump, works from 1 bar inlet pressure
  • 67% recovery rate, so roughly two thirds of the water going in reaches your glass
  • Leak sensor and automatic shut off after 10 minutes of continuous running
  • Flushes the membrane after every use and after 24 hours idle
  • Four segment life indicator. One segment clears every 600 litres, the last turns red at 200 litres and the unit beeps when you open the tap
  • Both cartridges swap by hand in under five minutes, no plumber needed

What is included

  • CROSS MAX unit with cartridges fitted
  • Chrome dedicated drinking water tap
  • Feed water adapter with valve (½″ and ⅜″), drain saddle and leak sensor

  • A standard 230 V 3 pin socket near the unit

  • Granite, quartz or composite worktops without a spare tap hole need core drilling, which we quote separately

Questions

Does it add minerals back?

With the installed option, yes, through the inline mineral filter. On its own the CROSS MAX has no mineral stage and produces pure water at 5 to 15 mg/L TDS, which some people find tastes flat. The mineral filter adds a small, controlled amount of calcium and magnesium for taste, nowhere near enough to scale a kettle.

Does it remove PFAS?

Reverse osmosis is one of the two treatment methods recognised as effective against PFAS, alongside granular activated carbon. The CROSS MAX uses both: carbon prefiltration followed by the membrane.

Is it noisy?

The pump runs at roughly 40 to 50 dB while making water, about the level of a quiet fridge. Most of what you hear is vibration against the cupboard, which anti vibration mounting reduces.

Can I pair it with a softener?

Yes. For limescale protection through the whole house plus purified drinking water, see our softener bundles.
