Free shipping on orders over €80 within Ireland.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND

Delivered by local courier, usually within 2 to 5 working days.

DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE

We ship across Europe. Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days. Shipping to addresses outside Ireland is calculated at the checkout from your delivery address, so you will see the cost before you pay.

INSTALLATION

Installation is available in Ireland only. Where a product page says installation is included, that price covers installation at an address in Ireland. We are not able to install outside Ireland.

If you are ordering from outside Ireland and the product you want includes installation, please contact us before you order and we will tell you what we can supply and what it will cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where the courier provides it.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or it arrives damaged, email info@nuaqua.ie with your order number and we will sort it out.
